In Ghana I was responsible for the installation of a technical workshop/laboratory for the Electrical/Electronic Engineering department of
Koforidua Polytechnic. I trained the lecturers and lab technicians in modern methods of using the new equipment, implementing Competency Based
Learning into the redesigned curriculum. As an extra I , establishing linkages with industry and private sector, to strengthen the linkages
between the institute and the industrial sector.
