In Kenya, I was involved in the feasibility study and inception phase of a project focused on the rehabilitation and upgrading of
the Kenya Technical Trainers College and nine regional Centres of Excellence.
As part of this phase, I conducted site visits to all participating institutions and engaged with key stakeholders to assess existing
conditions and needs. This included evaluating didactical approaches, teaching methodologies, workshop practices, and the overall
quality of training delivery. The findings informed project planning, priority setting, and the development of targeted interventions
for institutional strengthening and modernization.
