In this project I held the position of Project Manager. In that capacity I was responsible for steering and managing of project staff. The
project involved the alignment of stakeholders in a nationwide training project including design of accommodation facilities, training
facilities including the design of large-scale training instruments such as MV/HV simulators and MV/HV substations. Cooperation and on the job
training with beneficiary organization team members and the coordination of external advisors for project components.
