My role

Project Manager

Lead Company

Intec Nigeria Ltd.

In this project, I served as Project Manager, with overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery. I led and coordinated the project team, ensuring clear roles, effective communication, and alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget. A key focus of my role was stakeholder management, bringing together multiple partners in a nationwide training initiative and ensuring their interests and contributions were aligned.

I oversaw the design and implementation of both accommodation and training facilities, including the development of large-scale technical training infrastructure such as MV/HV simulators and substations. This involved managing technical inputs, supervising design processes, and ensuring quality standards were met.

Additionally, I coordinated closely with the beneficiary organization, facilitating on-the-job training and capacity building for their team members. I also managed and guided external advisors across different project components, ensuring their contributions were integrated effectively into the overall project plan. Throughout the project, I maintained a strong focus on progress monitoring, risk management, and delivering sustainable, high-quality outcomes.
