Building on the strong foundation and lessons learned from ongoing projects in Africa, the program expanded to a new continent, incorporating
Vietnam as a pilot country alongside activities in ten additional countries. This marked a significant step in scaling the approach and adapting
proven methodologies to diverse regional contexts.
In this phase, my role was to transfer and apply the knowledge and expertise gained in Africa to the new environments. I supported both the host
country and the lead training country by advising on implementation strategies, facilitating knowledge exchange, and ensuring that established
best practices were effectively adapted to local needs. This included coordinating inputs, supporting capacity development efforts, and contributing
to the consistent and quality-driven rollout of the program across countries.
