My role

Team leader / Project Manager

Lead Company

Gopa Intec Germany

In this project, I acted in the capacity of Team Leader with a strong project management focus, responsible for guiding the planning, coordination, and delivery of key outputs. I led and managed a multidisciplinary project team tasked with developing occupational profiles, curricula, and training manuals for solar energy installers, ensuring that all deliverables were completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

A core responsibility was stakeholder alignment and compliance, including ensuring that all developed materials met the requirements of the Zambian National Qualifications Framework. This involved continuous coordination with national authorities and sector stakeholders to validate content and maintain relevance.

In addition, I managed the design and implementation of practical, hands-on training programs for both teacher trainers and installers. This included overseeing instructional design, organizing resources, and ensuring effective delivery. Throughout the project, I maintained oversight of progress, facilitated team collaboration, and ensured that outcomes were sustainable, scalable, and aligned with project objectives.
